At Takasaki no Okan, we offer a course experience centered on the pairing of Japanese cuisine and warmed sake.
The ingredients we use, including vegetables, are carefully selected from producers who work in harmony with nature.
By understanding the condition and character of each ingredient, we apply heat with intention to bring out its full potential.
The sake is treated with the same care.
For every dish, we adjust its temperature to create the most harmonious pairing.
Through the relationship between each plate and each cup, we invite you to experience the flavors that emerge throughout the course.

Heated Sake Pairing Course

Many of the ingredients we use, including vegetables, are grown with minimal or no pesticides, and without the use of fertilizers or compost.
To accompany each dish, we carefully select and serve warmed sake pairings.
The number of pairings may vary depending on your pace, but guests typically enjoy six to seven varieties of sake throughout the course.
If you prefer not to drink alcohol or would like fewer pairings, please feel free to let us know.
